Stimulate foot circulation and warm up your feet by propping one foot at a time on your lap, grasp the foot and begin slowly moving your thumbs from the top of your toes to the bottom of your heel and back. Use a nail clipper to cut toenails straight across. Then, use an emery board to smooth the nail edges.

* Soothing the soles: After soaking, use a pumice stone or non-metal foot file to gently smooth the skin around the heel and the balls and sides of your feet. (For extra soothing and softening, use a scrub and massage your entire foot and lower leg.) Use a fresh towel to pat feet dry and be sure to dry between each toe. Massage a healthy amount of emollient-enriched skin lotion all over your feet to hydrate the skin and increase circulation.

* Finishing toe touches: Remove the moisturizer from your toenails and in between your toes by using soap and water. Apply polish only if you have healthy nails. While it may make your toes look pretty, nail polish locks out moisture and doesn't allow the nail or nail bed to "breathe."

On the eve of your wedding day, lightly wrap cellophane around each foot. The cellophane will act as a makeshift sauna by locking in moisture. By morning, your feet will feel soothingly soft.

When they got married in 2002, Elizabeth Spees and Michael Robinson chose something different to put on their wedding gift wish list: farm animals.

But instead of toaster ovens and china, Heifer's registry selections include everything from chickens to cows to water buffaloes. The livestock enables families to obtain milk, eggs, wool and other income-producing benefits to feed, clothe and educate their children.

When do I order and send out my Wedding Invitations?

It is my recommendation that you order your Wedding Invitations at least four weeks prior to mailing them out to your guests. This will allow you plenty of time to receive your Wedding Invitations and double check your order to make sure you have received everything you ordered and no mistakes were made. It will allow you enough time for a reprint is needed. It will also allow you plenty of time to address all the envelopes.

Wedding Invitations should be mailed out so that your guest will receive them at least six to eight weeks prior to the Wedding. This will allow your guest enough time to make travel plans and return the respond card you included with your Wedding Invitation. Typically the respond by date should be two weeks prior to your wedding date. This should allow you enough time to make your final preparations.

You will have many other things to take care of as your wedding approaches and the last thing you need is to have to rush to get your wedding invitations addressed and mailed out. There will undoubtedly be last minute names to add and address changes to deal with so please allow yourself plenty of time to accomplish this task.
