Blueprint Studios faced some tough competition in this year’s awards program: The number of companies in the contest increased by more than 22 percent from last year, totaling thousands of entries. Each company entered an average of 7.2 products into the competition.

Mircea Manea, also a designer and principal at Blueprint Studios, said that the company was proud to have won the “most prestigious award in the industry,” adding that the Infinity line had already garnered praise at previous events.
“Our Infinity chairs earned a lot of accolades when first introduced at the San Francisco Ballet Gala opening event and other high profile occasions,” Manea said.
